Room was refreshingly cold. Two queen beds. 3rd floor was quiet. Shower had good water pressure. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap were provided by Dove. Very nice. Breakfast was exceptional. Bacon, omelet, biscuits/gravy, some pastries, fruit and yogurts. Coffee is a Costa Coffee machine. Takes a bit, but it's worth it. They have International Delight Vanilla and Regular on a pump, half/half singles. Overall, 10 out of 10. Always a great stay at Holiday Inn Express.

Very good IHG experience, staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and in good order. Stayed with my wife and 2yo son. Note they are doing renovations in the foyer and as a result dining space for breakfast is in a meeting room which is a fair walk from the food.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Winston-Salem while in town for a tournament, and overall had a very nice experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and looked to be recently renovated. While a few of the finishes weren’t perfect, they were done well enough that it didn’t take away from our stay. The hotel was likely fully booked due to events in the area, so it did get a bit noisy at times, and sound carried more than expected through the walls and doors. Still, everything else made up for it. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. The buffet setup was a bit smaller than I expected, but the seating area was spacious and easy to navigate, even during busy times. I also needed to use the laundry facilities during our stay, which was very convenient. There was a small issue with my key card not working to access the laundry room, but Patricia at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. She assisted me immediately and even propped the door open so I could go back and forth without any hassle. Patricia was also the one who welcomed us when we first arrived, and she truly made a lasting impression. Her friendliness and attentiveness added a personal touch that made th
